Delivery & Returns
An invoice will be emailed upon dispatch. Freight charge is based on the weight and order value therefore it may vary from order-to-order.
Home Fragrance Co. cannot be held responsible for late or failed deliveries outside of its control e.g. weather conditions.
Home Fragrance Co. Returns Policy:
We do hope you are happy with your purchase, as we are in delivering it to you. We pride the care we take in packaging our products; However:
- In the case that, we accept that you have received a product from us that is different to the one you ordered.
- In the case of damaged goods upon delivery.
We offer (at our option) an exchange, credit or full refund. Returns must be made within 7 working days from receipt of goods, with proof of damage. Returns must be unused, and in original packaging. We will refund the cost of return freight for the above reasons only.
Please contact us by email – sales@homefragranceco.com.au – should you need to exchange or return an item. Please attach images of any damages, provide the associated invoice number and clearly state what product(s) is/are damaged.
